We established our Rewards Program as a way to thank and pay back our loyal
Self-Service customers.

The SpinZone Rewards Program:

  • Offers real savings, real rewards, no matter how you pay
  • Uses a card that can be purchased from our kiosk at each store or by signing up free online with or without a card

After signup, customers have accounts that can earn rewards in multiple ways:

  • By purchasing at least $20 on their account they receive “bonus” money.
  • By activating their account prior to turning on any washer or dryer with a card reader or their phone they can earn points.
  • Once customers have 300 points on their account they automatically receive an additional $3 on it.
  • On days we have free dry, customers with a card or account can “earn” free dry by washing first.
  • $15 is pre-authorized on customers' credit and debit cards at the beginning, allowing customers to spend any combination up to $15.

A $15 Pre-Authorization is used to batch all your transactions into just one charge. Once the payment clears our bank at day's end, the amount is usually removed from your account after 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
